Lori’s average sale price over the last year continues to run higher than average at $154,964 (vs $148,328). Her listings sell faster with an average days on the market of 6 (vs 14). February home sales were up a bit over January, but it’s not big news since January had zero! There was a 25% drop in average days on the market (18 in February, 24 in December).

The average sale price was low – only $109,420 compared to $132,765 in December. Keep in mind, though, that only 5 homes sold during the month of February! Looking ahead, the average sale price for the homes that have already sold the first couple of weeks in March is at $167,300!
